United Parks & Resorts Inc., formerly known as SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. or SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, is a public company that operates theme parks and entertainment venues.[1] The company is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, United States.[1] It owns and operates twelve recreational destinations in the United States, including eight theme parks and four water parks.[1]
