'''An Elephant Never Forgets''' is an animation narrated by Dame Joanna Lumley and Foi Wambui that reflects on the life and death of [[Pole Pole - elephant|Pole Pole]], an [[elephant]] who was captured from the wild and sent to [[London Zoo]] in [[:Category:1969|1969]].

The animation shows how Pole Pole was separated from her family and suffered from loneliness, stress, and illness in captivity. She died in 1983 after a failed attempt to relocate her to Whipsnade Zoo.
